“We are
taking a customer-needs-based approach to
growing the business, by proactively seeking
out customer opportunities. For example, we
realized there are customers who would benefit
from bulk gas delivery but not quite ready
to jump from 50-gallon liquid dewar containers
to 500- to 1,000-gallon bulk storage tanks.
In the coming year, we will roll out a dozen
MicroBulk distribution trucks and related
tanks to help fill this niche. It allows us
to give our customers the best mode of supply
and highest level of service while obtaining
long-term agreements.” |
