The M40 is a versatile multi-gas monitor capable of detecting O2, CO, H2S and combustible gases for a wide variety of hazardous and confined space applications. The M40 is housed in a rugged, impact-resistant case to provide superior performance and durability in harsh environments and resistance to radio frequency and electromagnetic interference. Its four button interface provides simple, intuitive operation and calibration, and the M40’s five-second “Off” feature prevents unintentional shut-offs. The unit’s compact size and economical price make it an ideal personal monitoring instrument.

Compact, light, rugged ABS case - Compact size provides reliable performance that won’t weigh you down. The 8.6 oz. unit fits in the palm of your hand or clips to pocket, hardhat or belt. Rugged ABS construction provides durable protection against impact or drops.
Li-ion battery pack- Provides longer runtimes, with or without the pump. Quickly recharge the batteries right in the unit.
Standard datalogging - Internal memory can record up to 75 hours of exposure data for record keeping.
Quick calibration - Saves time by calibrating all sensors at once. Reduces costs compared to standard calibrations by lowering amount of gas used for each calibration.
Graphical LCD LCD- provides simultaneous readings of all gases being monitored. Graphical operating icons display battery charge status, missing sensor conditions and other relevant data.
Vibrating alarm - Additional warning feature that alerts user of alarm conditions in noisy environments.
Visual and audible alarms - Bright LED visual alarm and 90 dB audible alarm provide additional protection in hazardous conditions.
