Miller® Renegade™ 180 Gas Engine Driven Welder AC Generator, Wire Feeder and Gun Package This industry-first design that integrates a wire welder and a generator also uses patented Dual Power flexiblity - weld from 230 volt shop power or engine power when you're out of the shop. The premium gas engine drive, available in recoil or electric start, produces an Accu-Rated™ 5000 watts peak power to either 120V or 240V outlets or enough punch to weld from 24 guage to 1/4". It's compact size and standard running gear make it truely one-man portable. Despite it's size, built-in features like infinite voltage control, wire feed speed control and a versatile wire feeder give this machine the flexibility and accuracy demanded in today's work environment.

Integrated wire welder features:
- Durable cast aluminum feedhead
- Plastic hub with retaining ring for 8 in spools of wire (shaft also accepts 4 in spools).
- Polarity changeover terminals make it easy to setup from flux cored to solid wires.
- Spring-loaded tension arm holds wire tight to the drive roll without damaging it.
- Calibrated tension knob sets tension to feed flux-cored and solid wires.
Premium gas engine drive with air-cooled, overhead valve features designed for reliability. Available in recoil or electric start.
Compact and portable, its small footprint uses little truck or shop space. Standard running gear makes the Renegade 180 one-man portable.
Wire welding package is capable of welding mild steel 24 gauge – 5/16 in (0.8 – 7.9 mm) with wall power and 24 gauge – 1/4 in (0.8 – 6.4 mm) with generator power.
Dual power (patented) provides flexibility. Weld from 230 volt shop power to eliminate fuel costs, noise and engine wear, or weld off engine power when out of the shop for maximum portability.
Generator has Accu-Rated™, not inflated, 5000 watts peak power. Provides both 120 V and 240 V power.
Infinite voltage control is easily set for different material thicknesses.
Wire feed speed control tracks voltage control making setup easy.
Over-temperature light and circuit protect the machine from over use.

Welder/generator is warranted by Miller for 3 years, parts and labor. Original main power rectified parts are warranted for 5 years. Engine is warranted 2 years by engine manufacturer. Gun warranted for 90 days, parts and labor.
