Made from Noryl®, the same material used in our welding helmets, High Performance faceshields are stronger, more durable and more heat resistant than ordinary faceshields. They contain our exclusive Channel Grip System, which mounts windows and locks them in place in a deep recessed channel to form a perfect seal from dust, dirt and debris. The F500 has a broader, deeper 7" crown protector that provides an extra margin of protection when harsh working conditions require it.

Fibre-Metal® Model 4000 Quick-Lok™ mounting system provides a permenant mounting of welding helmets or faceshields for longer term or higher activity applications. It is made up of two pieces. The mounting base (4002) uses two screws through the hard cap to act as a sturdy base. The second piece (4001) snap fits over the base and includes the pivot point for that attachement.
