The high-purity GC Series cylinder automatic changeover panel is specifically designed for use with 99.9999% pure gases. The panel provides uninterrupted supply of gas while maintaining guaranteed purity specifications of less than 10 ppb (parts per billion) oxygen and less than 20 ppb moisture.

The system consists of two identical regulators - one delivering gas at a slightly higher pressure than its twin. When the primary cylinder is empty, the unit automatically withdraws gas from the serve cylinder, eliminating the need to shut down the system to replace empty cylinders.

During manufacture, the units are purged for eight hours with heated, purified gas to remove moisture and oxygen. The changeover systems are then sealed and shipped under pressure to prevent contamination.

Notes: For applications using portable cylinder banks we strongly recommend the 6' pigtail option. This facilitates the safe positioning of the banks in front of the manifold.

These models feature a fixed delivery pressure factory set at 100 psig and is not field adjustable.

Alarm systems to indicate that cylinder changeover has occurred can be facotry installed at an additional cost.
