FOSTER SPRAY POLY is a water-based sprayable coating specifically formulated to replace tape and poly systems on both floors and walls. It is a totally improved prepping system for asbestos abatement providing a cleaner, safer, and easier method to manage and maintain containment, while providing substantial cost savings. SPRAY POLY adheres and conforms to any non-fibrous surface, preventing damage from water underseepage and cross-contamination of walls and floors. It provides a true barrier against airborne or waterborne asbestos contaminated particles. SPRAY POLY is designed to reduce mechanical damage at the point of abrasion, being resistive to cuts and tears. It stays securely in place, vs. poly sheets which often require rehanging. SPRAY POLY leaves most surfaces cleaner than they were before application because it traps and binds the dirt and loose contaminants during application. When it is pulled down, the elastic sheet "packages" the debris by adhering to itself. It produces a ball of contaminated waste about onethird the size of a poly and tape bundle. SPRAY POLY contains no asbestos, lead, mercury, or mercury compounds.
