This patented, compact flow control regulator is one of the first aluminum bodied oxygen regulators, with brass internal components, to pass all independent testing procedures for ASTM qualification criterion.

Flow and Pressure Settings



  • A high pressure regulator flow control valve designed to provide a calibrated flow of gaseous oxygen at a wide set of pressure ranges, depending on your application
  • Calibrated to supply the indicated flow through most pressure ranges
  • Any one of the 12 calibrated flow settings is accurately selected by a positive detent and identified by easily read numbers on the valve body
  • Standard ranges of flow rates include 0-4, 0-6, 0-8 , 0-15, 0-25 lpm, with custom levels of flow also available
  • Available with CGA-540, CGA-870 Pediatric regulators with flows of 0-4 lpm are anodized in blue while all standard regulators are anodized in green
  • Pediatric regulator settings 0-4 lpm are: 0, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4


The convenient regulator gauge comes standard with a heavy duty rubber gauge protector. The Rx lock is ideal for patients with limited vision. The Rx Lock prevents a patient form accidentally exceeding their prescribed oxygen flow. The pure touch knob provides ease of operation. The CTFE regulator piston seat is a polymer recommended by NASA for use in 100% oxygen atmospheres and decreases the risk of fire and combustion. The new Viton inlet seal is a space age elastomer recommended by NASA for use in 100% oxygen atmospheres. The new flame arrestor inlet fitting is designed to keep flames form entering regulator.
