Automatic Changeover Manifold
The FMH2 and HGM2 Series manifolds are automatic systems designed for medical applications that require uninterrupted gas service throughout the cylinder bank changeover cycle. The manifold control units feature easy-to-read digital displays which clearly indicate pressure status of both cylinder banks and line pressure. This eliminates the likelihood of operator errors due to misreading dials on pressure gauges when monitoring line pressure and cylinder status.

These systems meet NFPA-99 1999 requirements for safety and performance. The FHM2 and HGM2 Series manifolds are appropriate in hospitals, dental clinics and other clinical facilities. All systems are 100% tested before they are shipped out. 


FHM2 and HGM2 Models
Control unit includes internal dual line regulators which are adjustable from 30 to 60 psig. 


FHM2HL and HGM2HL Models
Appropriate for all CO2 and N2O gas systems. Control unit contains an internal 500 scfh heater for applications that require a flow rate greater than 35 scfh. Unit also includes internal dual line regulators which are adjustable from 30 to 60 psig. 


FHM2HP and HGM2HP Models
Control unit include internal dual line regulators which are adjustable from 50 to 200 psig. 


Standard Features
  • A variety of options are available to allow users to configure the system for gas service, cylinder bank size, header layout and mounting format.
  • Digital read-out can display psig, kPa or Bar.
  • Cabinet cover and sides can be removed easily for quick maintenance
  • 115/25 VAC power supply box includes circuit board with dry contacts for hook-up to all remote alarms regardless of voltage ­ up to 3 amps 30 VDC or 2 amps 20 VAC.
  • 24" flexible stainless steel braided pigtails include check valves on the inlets to minimize the amount of air ingested into the system during cylinder change out.
  • Headers are constructed as a single unit and are labeled for gas service; each connection is silver brazed (by brazers certified to ASME section IX) to make the header leakproof. In addition, the header has CGA check valve bushings at each inlet location to provide protection against gas loss in the system.
  • 3000 psig maximum inlet pressure (2000 psig for FHM2HL and HGM2HL).
  • Manifold outlet and relief valve outlet are ½" NPT male
  • Optional remote audio/visual alarms are available to provide warning of service interruption
 


Automatic Manifold for Low Pressure Liquified Cylinders
LC Series manifolds are designed to regulate and monitor vaporized gas from portable cryogenic cylinders. All LC manifolds provide uninterrupted gas service through the automatic changeover from the primary supply bank to the secondary supply bank. Upon depletion of a cylinder bank, the system is easily reset by simply rotating a knob on the control box after the empty bank of cylinders is replaced.
BI Series - Designed for industrial applications.
HSAC Series - System includes high purity stainless steel components for specialty gas applications. 


Standard Features
  • An economizer inside the control cabinet utilizes the accumulated pressure from the secondary bank to prevent release of useful gas into the atmosphere.
  • Cryogenic regulators in the control unit provide high flow rates without requiring a heater.
  • Display lights indicate "green" when the system is operating normally and "red" when a cylinder bank is depleted.
  • A variety of options are available to allow users to configure the system to best meet their needs for gas service, cylinder bank size and mounting formats.
  • Systems can manifold up to 6 portable cryogenic cylinders (3 per side).
 


Digital Manifolds
  • Fully automatic self-contained shuttle-valve with no electrical power required for switching.
  • Microprocessor based for ease of maintenance and error indication.
  • Digital readout for Left Bank, Right Bank and Main Supply Line.
  • LED indicators for Bank in Use, Ready, Heaters and Empty.
  • Manifolds available for liquid cylinder applications.
  • CGA Gas specific header bar with integral check valves on flexible pigtails.
  • Switching power supply input power 90 VAC to 260 VAC, 50 to 60 Hz.
  • Units of measure for positive indication of bank in use (psi, Bar and kPa).
  • Interface to AIMS.
  • NEMA IV cabinet for outdoor installation (optional).
 


Economy Manifolds
  • Semi-automatic with no electrical power required for switching.
  • Analog readout for Left Bank, Right Bank, and Main Supply Line.
  • Power Supply with Remote Buzzer (optional).
 


Simplex Manifolds
  • Used as a reserve system (back up) for a fully automatic manifold
  • CGA Gas specific header bar with integral check valves on flexible pigtails
  • Can customize to suit the needs of the facility
