The General Catalog tab contains a Quick Links menu to quickly link to several account management and order management features, and it also displays thousands of products in various categories. Items are displayed by category in the center of the page. Click on each sub-category to narrow your search criteria, or, you can search for items by keyword or part number using the Search Product Catalog box.

To search by keyword, type in the keyword that best describes the item you are looking for and a list of relevant products will be displayed. To search by part number, type in the part number in the Search Product Catalog box and if there is a match, the individual item and its details will be displayed.

To search by category, click on the appropriate category at the center of the screen, which will narrow your search to display a list of sub-categories. Click on the appropriate sub-category to display a list of relevant products.

A list of relevant products will be displayed along with shipping information, pricing, unit of measure and minimum order quantities. Filter bars are displayed in the center of the screen to further narrow your search. Alternatively, you can also scroll through the list of items displayed. The relevant products are displayed in a format of 25 items per page. Click on the page numbers at either the top or bottom of the screen to view additional results.

In the product list page, the Unit Price field will display the price for a particular item. In some instances, the message “Call for Price” will be displayed. Items that display “Call for Price” cannot be added to a shopping cart. If you are interested in purchasing or finding out more information for an item that says Call for Price, please contact either your account manager or servicing branch for more information. Contact information for your account manager and servicing branch can be found under the Customer Service > Contact Us menu at the top of the screen.

To view the details for a particular item, you can either click on the product or part number, or you can check the select box next to each item and click the “View Selected” button.
