- Harper™ 75 Series Steel Drum Handling Truck measuring 60" X 24 1/2" has 10" roller bearing mold-on rubber wheels and 7/8" axle. Hand truck with a capacity of 12000 lb has adjustable and replaceable sliding chime hook for steel or fiber drums. It has a footrest to position truck under drum.
