- SAF-T-CART™ 9 1/2" Oxygen and 9 1/2" Acetylene Powder Coated Cart measuring 42" X 27" X 12" has 16" Dia X 4" semi-pneumatic SC-11 wheels and roll over the coarse terrain with no difficulty, making it perfect for rough construction sites. This steel cart has a continuous handle type 12" X 21" and a base plate with a 780 lb load capacity. This cart is compatible with welding cylinders and torches. Cart of 2 cylinder capacity has tool tray of size 3" X 19" and incorporates ball wheel bearings and includes steel band to cylinder, toolbox.
