- AccuformNMC™ "CAUTION OUT OF SERVICE" Safety Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed on 10 mil polyolefin based PF-cardstock with a standard back A and has no wood or paper content. Safety tag is ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor use and is designed to identify clearly and alert staff about cautions. Matte surface is scuff-resistant and effortless to write on with pen or marker. Top has a 3/8" plain hole and is sold as 5 per pack.
