Black/Green Scaffold Status Card Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed made of PF-cardstock for longer durability. Pliable 10 mil polyolefin-based tag will not crack, distort or shrink and is pulp-free containing no wood pulp or any other paper content. Scuff and tear-resistant waterproof matte surface is best suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor applications. Status tag complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.28 for scaffolding, alerting defective scaffold and is sold as 25 per pack.
