- Stanley® Proto® Starting Punch measuring 6 1/2" with 1/4" punch size is made of steel for added durability. Punch is used for installing pins and rivets. Punch has modified parabolic striking end to ensure resistance to mushrooming as well as chipping. It contains wider points and a heavier as well as shorter body.
