  • Harris® Alsolder 500 Aluminum Solder Kit with solder wire and flux. Ideal for soldering aluminum to aluminum and other metals, electronics, electrical connections, and repairing zinc die case alloys.

  • Good color match on aluminum and zinc die cast
  • Forms excellent corrosion-resistant joints on tough-to-solder aluminum alloys
  • Not recommended for magnesium
  • Up to 20,000 psi tensile strength
  • 50% elongation in 2 in. (mechanical properties of bulk solder)
  • Used to repair aluminum evaporators and soldering aluminum-to-copper tubing

Applications

  • Suited to repair zinc die cast aloys
