- ESAB® Sureweld® 7014 Carbon Steel Stick Electrode comes in 50 lb carton and is an iron powder coated permitting the use of higher welding currents that improves deposition efficiency along with rate. It is mainly employed in welding mild steels like ASTM A-36, A-113, A-283, A-284, A-285, A-306, A-515 and A-516. 3/32" Dia X 14" Electrode offers easy slag removal and is used with high speeds and heat that eliminates the need of undercut. Electrode meets the specifications of ASME SFA 5.1 (A-1, F-2), ABS - AWS A5.1 and is typically applied on construction equipment, metal fixtures, automotive parts, barges and farm machinery.
