Hobart® Handler® 210 230 VAC, Single Phase, 60 Hz

The Handler 210 is the one portable MIG welder that has 210 amps of welding power in a portable case. Powerful output to handle 3/8 in. thick mild steel and enough control for 24 gauge material. The ease of connecting an optional direct plug-in spool gun expands the capability for aluminum welding. The 20 ft. (6.1 m) cable also provides extended reach for mild or stainless steel applications. Seven output voltage settings and infinite wire feed speed control make the unit easy to set and adjust for different materials, thicknesses and wires.

Max 210 Amps in small portable case - Sized for transport of the unit to the job site and the power to weld 3/8 in. mild steel.
7 voltage selections, enhanced magnetics and infinite wire feed speed control - Permit easier fine control of the output parameters for improved arc performance with a smoother arc, less spatter, better bead appearance, excellent penetration and minimal post-weld cleanup.
Accepts an uncomplicated, simple-to install direct plug-in DP-3035 Spool Gun with 20 ft. (6.1 m) cable: Integrated spool gun control circuitry is standard - Permits welding 20 ft. (6.1 m) from the power source or extended reach with mild steel, stainless or aluminum wires. Enhances feedability and reduces “bird nesting” when welding with aluminum wire. No additional kit or adapter required.
Proven built-in wire feeder with quick-release tension lever - Provides positive feed with adjustable ension. Easy access for threading wire.
Built-in contactor eases use and is an excellent safety feature which makes wire electrically "cold" when not welding.
Easy access to polarity changeover includes storage holes for spare tips.
Dual groove drive rolls make it easy to switch between .023/.025 in. (0.6 mm) and .030 .035 in. (0.8 0.9 mm) wire
Short circuit protection - Protects the unit against current overload.
