It has recently come to our attention that several third-party bill pay companies are soliciting their online services to Airgas customers. If you come across marketing from one of these companies, here are some important details we would like you to keep in mind:

These companies are not affiliated with Airgas

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, has no connection with these companies and has not authorized them to contact our customers or use our logo.

Third-party services are not required to pay your Airgas bills

If a bill payment company tells you that their service is required by Airgas to pay your bill, we recommend not doing business with that company.

Paying through a third party could result in unnecessary late fees

If you submit a payment through a third-party service, your account is not credited until Airgas receives your payment—which could result in late-payment fees and could adversely impact the terms of your Airgas agreement.

Airgas does not charge for online bill pay

These third-party companies, however, can charge a convenience fee of $3.99 or higher for their services.
