- Harris® V-Series® Port-A-Torch® kit contains all of the equipment needed for light to medium-duty cutting, brazing, welding and heating. It is outfitted to carry one MC acetylene cylinder and one 20 cu. ft. oxygen cylinder in a rugged, molded plastic portable carrying case with hose reel. The kit includes: Model 601 single-stage oxygen and fuel gas regulators designed to be compact and economical, but with features typically available in more expensive regulators. It is used where weight, cost and size are factors. It has 50mm ABS plastic gauges, a plastic knob for easier pressure adjustments, one-piece encapsulated seats for longer service life, and a 7-year warranty. Model V100-C-2 Victor® compatible combination torch handle with silver-brazed, twin-tube construction and FlashGuard® check valves. Model V-1350 cutting attachment with a brazed triangular stainless steel tubes, fold forward cutting lever, ease-on cutting valve and 90° forged solid brass head. Also included are UL® listed Model V-W-1 equal pressure mixer, one cutting tip, one welding/brazing tip, Shade 5 safety glasses, ignitor, 3/16" x 12' twin BxB grade "R" hose, and molded black plastic P-A-T hose reel case. All other components in the kit have a 1-year warranty. For use with all fuel gases and acetylene. Cuts up to 3" (76.2mm) with acetylene, 1" (25.4mm) with alternate fuels and welds up to 5/16" (7.9mm) plate. As supplied, the outfit cuts up to 1" (25.4mm) plate and welds up to a 1?16" (1.6mm) plate. The outfit can cut up to a 4" (101.6mm) plate and weld up to a 1?2" (12.7mm) plate with larger tips and acetylene cylinder.
