- AccuformNMC™ "DANGER CONFINED SPACE ENTER BY PERMIT ONLY" Red/Black/White Confined Space Safety Label measuring 3 1/2" X 5" is made of 6-mil poly-laminated adhesive dura-vinyl and has permanent acrylic adhesive backing for durability. It is ideal for indoor and outdoor usage, adheres to most surfaces and excellent in harsh environments. Sub-surface image is saved by high-gloss polyester film from water, chemicals and abrasion. Square corners label provides exceptional flexibility and performance. This label helps define the requirements to access a confined space. Some even expose danger if the procedures are not followed.
