- AccuformNMC™ Tags By-The-Roll "DANGER DO NOT OPERATE" Red/Black/White Safety English Tag measuring 6 1/4" X 3" is made from 10 mil polyolefin-based material. PF-Cardstock tag is used to prevent the accidental initiation or release of stored energy when working on a machine. The tag features a matte surface that is printed on both sides and offers enough space to sign, date and add notes. Pulp-free tag with oversized 3/8" plain hole is tear-resistant and waterproof. It is sold as 250 per roll.
