- AccuformNMC™ "DANGER DO NOT OPERATE" Red/Black/White English/Spanish Bilingual Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed made from 10 mil polyolefin-based material making it ideal for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure. PF-Cardstock tag that works effectively in extreme environments alerts staff to cautions. Thin and pliable tag with 3/8" plain hole at the top has scuff-resistant surface for easy write-on. Pulp-free tag does not rip or breakdown in moisture or tears when tugged on and is sold as 25 per pack.
