Electrode is highly suitable leaf springs, high strength repairs to earthmoving, mining, constructional equipment and manganese steel components. It features improved silicon content for grain size control and weldability. It has unique formula that enhances all-position weldability while maintaining superior crack resistance even when diluted. Controlled grain size helps in serving mechanical properties and deposits reduce time on cleaning and grinding. It has tensile strength of 120000 psi and yield strength of 79000 psi.
