Flat and horizontal wire is ideal for mild steel applications, single or multiple pass applications without the need of shielding gas, certain ship equipment, industrial and heavy equipment repair. It finds application in heavy machinery, large construction components and barge building industries. It features easy operation with minimized welder training time and is used outdoors. It offers high deposition rates and allows rapid travel speeds. It features easy slag removal and minimizes clean-up. It features tensile strength of 92000 psi and yield strength of 69000 psi.
