3M™ Particulate Cartridge 2076HF, Hydrogen Fluoride/P95, with Nuisance Level Acid Gas Relief is NIOSH approved for hydrogen fluoride and certain oil and non-oil based particles. Use with 3M™ Respirators 5000 Series or 3M™ Cartridge 6000 Series with 3M™ Adapter 502, 3M™ Facepieces 6000 Series or 3M™ Facepieces 7000 Series with bayonet filter holders.

P-Series filter intended for removal of any particle including oil-based liquid aerosols.
Comfort. The uniquely designed 2076HF cartridge is lighter and easier to breathe through than cartridge/filter combinations.
Versatile protection. The 2076HF is well suited for a wide range of oil and non-oil based particulate contaminants, hydrogen fluoride and nuisance levels of acid gases.
Economy. The 2076HF is attractively priced in comparison to filter/cartridge combinations.
Simplicity. With the versatility this P-series filter provides, your inventory and training requirements are reduced. The design makes the product easy for workers to use.
Compatibility. The 2076HF can be used with 3M’s wide variety of half and full facepieces.
Durability. Unique flexible filter material enables the product to be worn in close quarters. Its rugged construction resists abrasion and wetting.

Benefits:

At least 95% filter efficient when tested with -0.3 um DOP (Dioctyl Phthalate) aerosol. 3M makes replaceable filters and filtering facepiece respirators in this category.

Caution:

Do Not Use For: Gases and vapors other than Hydrogen Fluoride, when concentrations exceed the OSHA PEL, or applicable government standards, whichever is lower, including those present in paint spray operations, unless combined with approved chemical cartridges. Asbestos. Sandblasting. This respirator cartridge does not supply oxygen. Concentrations that exceed 10 times the OSHA PEL with a half facepiece, or 50 times the PEL with a full facepiece when quantitatively fit tested, or applicable government regulations, whichever is lower.

Application:

Solids such as those from processing minerals, coal, iron ore, cotton, flour, and certain other substances.
Liquid or oil based particles from sprays that do not also emit harmful vapors.
Metal fumes produced from welding, brazing, cutting and other operations involving heating of metals.
Hydrogen Fluoride gas up to 10 times PEL. Acid gases such as Sulfur Dioxide and/or Chlorine below the OSHA PEL or applicable government standards, whichever is lower.
