Our hiring process

Number 1 icon

Application review and interview
Once your application is received one of our recruiters will review your qualifications and then forward qualified applicants to our hiring manager(s) to select candidates to interview. If selected to move forward, one of our recruiters will contact you via phone or email, or through your online profile, to keep you up to date on the selection process or to schedule a time for an interview.

Decision and job offer
Following your successful interview(s), a hiring manager will make a final decision. If selected to join the Airgas team, you will receive a phone call or email from the recruiter to welcome you to the team. This will be followed by an official letter, other documentation and required next steps to begin onboarding you in advance of your first day.

Airgas Donates Nearly $2M of PPE to Emergency Preparedness Groups

Airgas, headquartered in Radnor, recently worked with the Federal Emergency Management Agency to donate nearly $2 million of personal protective equipment to local emergency preparedness and disaster response organizations across the country. Read more
