- Accuform Signs® STOPOUT® Red "DANGER LOCKED OUT" Plastic Ball Valve Lockout measuring 5 2/3" x 5 2/3" x 4 1/2" features a unique gull-wing design to prevent valves from being turned.
Features
- Bright red, plastic device works with ball valve handles either perpendicular or parallel to pipe and secures with padlock (not included)
- Easy-to-use lockout has 2 wingspan halves that hinge to quickly and simply fit over any closed ball valve handle
- Includes label printed with OSHA Danger header and message that reads LOCKED OUT with space to write more information as needed
- Fits 1 1/2" - 2" Ball Valve and handle up to 1 1/2" x 1/2" thick
