- Hinged clamshell housing is designed to fully enclose the valve handle to prevent unauthorized access
- Tough thermoplastic, polypropylene device is a bright hazard red color, and features a durable, impact-resistant aluminum hinge with permanent binding pin
- Includes "DANGER LOCKED OUT" labels (English, Spanish, and French) with space to write more information as needed
- Fits gate valve handle diameter 6 1/2” to 10” and has 3 shackle holes for securing with padlocks (not included)
