Features
- Reinforced vinyl cover has a printed warning message, and fits over standard steering wheels
- Upper half of the cover has a stitched pocket to slip over the steering wheel
- Bottom of the cover has a 3/8" metal grommet hole to attach 1 1/2" hasp or padlock (not included) securing the cover to the steering wheel
