- Master Lock® Red Polycarbonate Plastic Aircraft Circuit Breaker Lockout holds long or short breakers, with or without collars and fits to all American lock safety padlocks. Circuit breaker lockout includes English, French and Spanish identification labels and prevents accidentally re–energizing an electrical system in the off position.
