- Reece's CB11 is a Clamp-on, Thumb-wheel operated Circuit Breaker Lockout device that is designed to lockout Oversized Double-pole Breakers. The device clasps onto the switch before the thumb-wheel is locked in the covered position, providing secure lockout protection.
