Reece's MLH5 is an industry recognized scissor-action lockout hasp manufactured from steel with a red plastic-coated body and a 1" jaw(dia). Reece's version of this type of Hasp has a reinforced rivet to increase durability and to prevent the hasp from being overridden with force. 6 padlock capacity.
