Perfect for heat-sensitive applications, the 48A AO Type 01 >4-inch toolroom wheel features a controlled porosity bond that maximizes coolant flow and reduces loading. The wheel has a long life span with its maximum grain retention and form holding construction. With its aluminum oxide abrasive, this Type 01 straight wheel gives consistent grinding action on tool steels.
