- Designed for surface blending, the Merit Surface Prep A/O medium grit TP (Type I) non-woven quick-change disc boasts an aluminum oxide abrasive grain coating to achieve fast, sharp cuts. Offering a superior performance compared to similar discs from the competition, this product derives strength and stiffness from a strong high-loft nylon fiber melded with a scrim backing for extra durability. The disc delivers clean finishes on high-nickel alloys, featuring a Clean Bond resin that minimizes loading.
