With non-woven fibers laminated to a conformable nylon backing, this Merit A/O fine grit TP (Type I) non-woven quick-change buffing disc is tough enough to resist damage from sharp edges and rough burrs. Designed to remove rust and coatings without harming the underlying metal, this resin-bonded aluminum oxide grain offers a smooth finish without smears. Use this effective, efficient disc to finish and polish your projects, including steels, soft metals, virtually all forms of iron, super alloys, and even non-ferrous materials, such as composites and fiberglass.
