ESAB® MT-250SG 200 A Medium Duty Spool Gun with 25' service lines is designed to use with MIG master compacts. It is used with solid wire and is ideal to use for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum. The wire feed control is mounted on the gun and renders accurate adjustment of the wire feed rate at the torch. The spool holder can be adjusted in the operator's hand and the welding wire is pulled from 4" dia spool with the help of a powerful gear motor. It delivers 100% duty cycle performance and makes use of durable contact tips and nozzles. The partial depression of the torch trigger controls the pre-flow and post-flow operations of the gas and the full depression of the trigger provides wire feeding along with gas flow. Gun has a 100% solid-state design having no mechanical contractor and decreases maintenance for longer life. It includes MT-200CC comfort grip welding torch that is rated at 300 A and the DC welding output of the spool gun is rated at 30 to 300 A. The burn back standard prevents the wire from sticking to the plate at the end of the weld and the auto-fan standard limits the shop noise as well as the collection of dirt or dust inside the power source.
