You don’t have to do anything to receive your discounts once you’re part of the program. They’ll be applied automatically to your purchases, and you’ll see a message when you are logged into your account that your Airgas PRIORITY discount has been applied.

• New Airgas customers start out with PRIORITY* discounts. Then, as your spending increases during the calendar year, your discount level will increase.
• Current Airgas customers start with discounts based on their spending during the previous calendar year. Discounts will increase if spending increases to the next level during the calendar year.

What is Airgas PRIORITY?

Airgas PRIORITY is a free Loyalty Program that rewards you with discounts on your Airgas gas and hardgoods purchases every time you shop with us, whether online or in a branch.

Who can join the Airgas PRIORITY Loyalty Program?

New or current customers who do not have a National or Strategic Account.

What discounts can I get?

Your discounts are based on your spending level:

For industrial customers:

• If you spend more than $2,001 up to $6,000 during the calendar year, you’ll receive a 10% discount on gas and a 5% discount on hardgoods on every purchase you make at the PRIORITY tier.
• If you spend more than $6,000 up to $12,000 during the calendar year, you’ll move up to the next discount level, the PRIORITY Plus tier, and receive 15% discounts on gas and 10% discounts on hardgoods.
• If you spend more than $12,000 during the calendar year, up to $24,000, you’ll automatically move up to the PRIORITY Advantage tier and receive 20% discounts on gas and 15% discounts on hardgoods.

For healthcare customers:

• If you spend up to $1,500 during the calendar year, you’ll receive a 10% discount on gas and a 5% discount on hardgoods on every purchase you make at the PRIORITY tier.
• If you spend more than $1,500 up to $3,500 during the calendar year, you’ll move up to the next discount level, the PRIORITY Plus tier, and receive 15% discounts on gas and 10% discounts on hardgoods.
• If you spend more than $3,500 during the calendar year, up to $7,500, you’ll automatically move up to the PRIORITY Advantage tier and receive 20% discounts on gas and 15% discounts on hardgoods.

So when I spend more, I move up to the next level and get bigger discounts. When does it happen? Do I have to wait or do something?

You don’t need to do anything. Your purchases will be reviewed monthly and as your annual purchases reach tier thresholds, you’ll be automatically moved into the next tier at the beginning of the following month.

Example: An industrial customer is a PRIORITY Plus Member at the beginning of the year. By April, they had already spent $14,000. Starting at the beginning of May, they’ll be automatically moved to PRIORITY Advantage and will continue at that level for the remainder of the year.

What happens next year? Does it start over?

Your spending level starts back at $0, but whatever tier you end up at on December 31st will be automatically applied to your account on January 1st of the following calendar year.

Example: An industrial customer’s annual spend was $7,000 at the end of 2021. Starting in 2022, they’ll automatically be a PRIORITY Plus Member.

What happens when I reach the annual spending limit ($24,000 for industrial customers and $7,500 for medical customers)?

You’ll be assigned to an Account Manager and have the option to enter into a sales agreement. You will NOT be taken off the price lists unless you and your account manager agree on different terms.

Do I receive discounts on all products?

You'll receive discounts on MOST of our products by being part of Airgas PRIORITY. Some products like Welding Equipment won’t be part of the general discount structure. We’ll select days during the year where our loyal customers that are part of Airgas PRIORITY will receive additional discounts for welding equipment. Is there a fee to join?

Absolutely not. Airgas PRIORITY is free for our valued customers to reward you for your loyalty.

How do I become part of the Airgas PRIORITY Loyalty Program?

If you already have an Airgas.com account, you’re already enrolled. Just log in and you’ll see your discounts applied in your shopping cart. If you don’t have an account, register by talking with any team member at your local branch, registering here or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-2-AIRGAS, M–F, 8 am–7 pm ET. Once registered, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the program.
