- Paulson™ Smoke/White Sun Shield suits hard hats in both styles of full brim and standard and it blocks the sun to avoid burning. It extends the brim of the hard hat for extra UV protection and contains a smoke transparent front section upward vision. It offers a melt/drip rating of 8.7 cal and is made from ABS/polycarbonate material. It is perfect to use in outdoor construction, road work and utilities.
