Blend and smooth your metal projects on flat surfaces at 0 to 15-degree angles using the Gemini R766 coarse grit center mount plastic flat flap disc. The Type 27 flat flap disc has an alternating zirconia alumina and aluminum oxide grain to give you maximum performance at a cost-effective price. The flexible plastic backing sets industry standards for trimmability and conforms to the metal surface during use. Great to blend, deburr and remove stock from soft metals, 300 and 400 series stainless steels, cast iron, titanium and super alloys.
