ESAB® Dual Shield II 101-TC Gas Shielded Flux Core Carbon Steel Tubular Welding Wire of 0.052" Dia efficiently produces exceptional mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness. All-position flux cored electrode was developed to meet the U.S. Navy qualification tests for hydrogen levels of less than 0.05 ml/g of deposited weld metal. This unique formulation designed for CO2 shielding optimizes performance and minimizes post-weld cleanup cost. Wire is ideal for use on HY-80, ASTM A710, A514 and A517 or other similar HSLA steels. It can also be used for shipbuilding, mobile machinery and general fabrication. Wire is associated with E91T1-K2C and comes in a plastic spool of 15 lb.
