- Harris® HVAC Port-A-Torch® deluxe kit contains all of the equipment needed for light to medium-duty cutting, brazing, welding and heating. It is outfitted to carry one MC acetylene cylinder and one 20 cu. ft. oxygen cylinder in a rugged, molded plastic portable carrying case with hose reel. The kit includes: Model 601 HVAC nitrogen purging, single-stage oxygen and fuel gas regulators designed for applications where weight and size are critical factors. The gauges feature rubber gauge guards for added protection in abusive conditions. The plastic knob provides easy gripping for precise adjustment. The regulators have one-piece encapsulated seats for longer service life, and a 7-year warranty. Model 19-6A combination torch handle with silver-brazed, twin-tube construction, front valves for easier adjustment while brazing and welding, FlashGuard® check valves and 3/8"-24 class "A" hose fittings. Model 36-2 cutting attachment with a brazed triangular stainless steel tubes, fold forward cutting lever, ease-on cutting valve and 90° forged solid brass head. Also included are UL® listed Model H-16-2E equal pressure mixer, one cutting tip, two welding/brazing tips, Shade 5 safety glasses, ignitor, 3/16" x 12' twin AxA grade "R" hose and molded black plastic P-A-T hose reel case. All other components in the kit have a 1-year warranty. For use with all fuel gases and acetylene. Cuts up to 3" (76.2mm) with acetylene, 1" (25.4mm) with alternate fuels and welds up to 5/16" (7.9mm) plate.
