- AccuformNMC™ "DANGER DO NOT OPERATE" Safety Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed on 15 mil rigid plastic material for durability and withstands stretching as well as ripping. RP-Plastic safety tag is used to alert staff to cautions as well as work efficiently in extreme environments. Water resistant tag with writable surface is ideal for indoor and outdoor exposures. Abrasion resistant tag features 3/8" reinforced hole with metal grommet to prevent pull off. It is sold as 5 per pack.
