The Bullard FBINSHELL is a molded, lightweight replacement inner shell designed for use with First Base Bump Caps. Constructed from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), this insert is designed to fit inside most standard fabric baseball-style caps to provide protection against low-energy impacts and lacerations. The shell includes an internal foam pad for cushioning and is intended for use in environments where ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 hard hat certification is not required.
