- Perform centerless grinding with increased productivity and a lower cost per-part. These Type 01 centerless wheels are made using monocrystalline 55A aluminum oxide abrasive. This straight wheel delivers at least twice the life of typical aluminum oxide wheels. Pair it with your centerless plunge and throughfeed surface grinders to tackle a variety of simple- to complex-shaped objects composed of a wide range of materials, including cast, ductile and gray iron, as well as tool, soft- and hard-carbon, and 400-series stainless steels.
