Item Details

ESAB® Sureweld® E6011 1/8" Dia X 14" Stick Electrode comes in a 5 lb value pack. Cellulosic type electrode is used in welding of buildings, piping, shipbuilding and is AWS A5.1: E6011 and SFA 5.1 approved. It produces an easily controlled forceful arc with deep penetration and a high quality weld metal. It is used primarily for welding mild steels such as ASTM A-36, A-283, A-284, A-285, A-515, A516, ABS Hull and boiler steel. Electrode features tensile strength of 76 ksi and deposition rate of 2.4 lb/hr for enhanced performance. It has a current rating of 85 - 120 A and is ideal for all position welding.

Features

Sureweld® 6011 is an all-position cellulosic type electrode designed for AC. It produces an easily controlled forceful arc with deep penetration and a high quality weld metal which will pass specification requirements for radiograph
