- ESAB® All-State® 70S-2 ER70S-2 3/32" Dia X 36" Carbon Steel TIG Welding Rod comes in a 50 lb carton and is triple deoxidized. It is preferred for all position welding of small diameter pipe. When the welding rod is used out of position, it offers puddle control. Copper-coated welding wire is designed for welding over rust and mill scale.
