Pay your invoices online with a credit card or ACH payment from your bank account
It's fast, easy and secure
Whether you have one invoice or several, Airgas.com makes paying your bills a simple process. In addition to seeing a list of unpaid invoices, you can search and filter invoices by invoice number or purchase order number. It's also easy to see other invoice details, including viewing your order history in one-year increments.
To pay your invoice(s):
- LOG IN to your Account if you haven’t already.
- Click INVOICES on the top right of your account dashboard.
- Select OPEN INVOICES for a list of unpaid invoices associated with your account.
- Select the invoice you wish to pay.
- CHOOSE your payment option:
- Credit card
- ACH payment from your bank account
Not signed up for ACH payments yet? It’s easy. Here’s how:
- Click the More arrow in the upper right corner and then select Profile.
- In Manage Profile and Account Preferences, select the Payment Options tab.
- Click the Add Payment Option button on the right.
- Choose Add a Bank and follow the instructions on the page.
- Click Add Bank.

Note: It may take 2–3 business days to set up and confirm your account. If your due date is in the next 3 calendar days, please follow the instructions on your invoice and make your payment accordingly.
