When you enroll in this convenient online service, you’ll receive invoices in your email and can view them online by logging in with the email address tied to your Airgas account. They’re the same invoices you’ve always received in the mail — now in a convenient digital format that you can find 24/7, whenever you need them. (If you don't have a login, we'll get you set up.)

What information do I need to sign up?

You’ll find all the information you need on a current invoice:

The Airgas Business Entity that sends your invoices
The 7-digit payer number(s) for multiple locations
The 7-digit ship-to number for a single location

How soon will I start receiving paperless invoices in my email inbox?

You will receive an email setup confirmation within 7–10 business days, or we will reach out to you for any additional questions. After that, you can expect to start receiving your invoices in your email inbox.
Where will I find my invoices online?
You can find your invoices 24/7 in your account dashboard under Invoices on your navigation bar. (If you have trouble opening invoices here, try turning off pop-up blockers or allowing pop-ups from Airgas.com.)

What if I don't have a login for Airgas.com?

As an added benefit of enrolling for paperless invoices, we’ll also set you up with one so you can view invoices, place orders and see other account information.
Will I still get invoices in the mail?

No. Once you sign up for paperless invoices, you’ll no longer receive paper invoices via mail carrier.
How long are invoices available?

Once enrolled, you’ll always have access to your invoices in Invoice History on your dashboard.
