Item Details

Harris Model 717-015-510-A1 is a uniquely designed regulator for acetylene applications. This regulator prevents overdrawing the acetylene cylinder where acetone or other solvents can be pulled into the gas stream and damage downstream equipment. The regulator shuts off the flow of gas when acetylene cylinder pressures become too low to support the process. Model 717 has an electroless nickel-plated brass body, bonnet and 2" dual scale gauges. The 316L stainless steel diaphragm is durable and corrosion resistant and the ABS plastic knob is ergonomically designed for easy adjustments. The one-piece PTFE Teflon® encapsulated seat provides protection from particulate contaminants. The inlet connection is CGA-510A and outlet fitting has a 1/4" NPT female needle valve for flow control. Conforms to CGA-E-4 standard for gas pressure regulators.
