Applications

D-201 activated alumina is specifically designed as a high-capacity, abrasion-resistant desiccant.
Its excellent adsorption and desorption characteristics make it especially suitable for heatless (pressure swing) adsorption applications, such as dehydration and cryogenic air purification.
If heat is available, D-201 adsorbent can be regenerated by purging or evacuation at elevated temperatures
